Description:The Two Harbors Economic Development Authority (THEDA) was established in 2010 to preserve and create jobs, enhance the City’s tax base, assist with certain housing initiatives, promote the general welfare of the people of the City and to assume primary responsibility for development activities within the City.
Two Harbors Economic Development Authority serves the Northland, Arrowhead, and Lake county areas.
