From commercial brokerage and leasing to engineering and maintenance, we account for such activities under a comprehensive, integrated financial reporting system.
Melhus Corporation, an affiliate, acts to facilitate real estate exchanges under Section 1031 of the Internal Revenue Code. Melhus Corporation serves as a qualified intermediary for simultaneous deferred exchanges, and has participated in reverse exchanges as an accommodation arrangement, provided legal counsel is separately engaged. We are focused, but not limited, to the Greater Duluth Area.
