Laskin Energy Park

The Laskin Energy Park in Hoyt Lakes and the Town of White is primed for development with 198 developable acres and a 30,000 sq. ft. building available at minimal cost. The site is the largest development-ready property in northeast Minnesota and has no residential neighbors and 900+ buffer acres. A move-in ready 30,000 sq. ft. industrial building is also available on the site.

Minnesota Power has the expertise to create customized proposals for providing electricity, steam, compressed air, and deionized water. The City of Hoyt Lakes’ water capacity is 1.5 million gallons per day; the wastewater capacity is 650,000 gallons per day. Minnesota Energy Resources has a four-inch main for its natural gas customers in the park. The park has access to both rail and highway systems and is served by a two-lane, ten-ton road. Air travelers can access daily flights from Minneapolis-St. Paul via the Range Regional Airport in nearby Hibbing. The park is an hour north of Duluth, the area’s commercial and transportation hub with the #1 volume seaport on the Great Lakes. Highway 53, with four-lane access to the continental U.S., is a half hour away.
