• Miriam Kero joined Northland Connection as program manager
• Analyzed new five-year estimates from American Community Survey data which indicated population trends in rural Northland areas as well as urban centers
• A panel during September’s advisory committee meeting explored the data behind short term rental trends in the Northland
• Monitored up-to-the-minute data on child care demand in the area 

What’s ahead in 2023:  

• Intensive outreach to the entire Northland Connection service area for information on available commercial properties with an increased focus on rural properties
