Infrastructure
Minnesota Power has the expertise to create custom proposals for electricity, steam, compressed air, and deionized water. The City of Hoyt Lakes’ water capacity is 1.5 million gallons per day; the wastewater capacity is 650,000 gallons per day. Minnesota Energy Resources has a four-inch main for its natural gas customers in the park. The park is served by a two-lane, nine-ton road.

The Iron Range Resources and Rehabilitation Board’s service area allows Laskin Energy Park clients to access a creative range of financial incentives.
