The Greater Downtown Council is a private, nonprofit corporation dedicated to the development and promotion of a strong, healthy and exciting Downtown Duluth.

The GDC is a catalyst for enhancing the Duluth's Downtown business climate, by bringing together business, community, and government leaders to focus on Downtown issues.
